Summer Thyme

Located in the Guest Clubhouse at Red Sky Ranch Golf Club, Summer Thyme offers astonishing views of the Tom Fazio designed golf course combined with a delectable selection of approachable Colorado cuisine. Golfers and their guests are cordially invited to enjoy the welcoming dining room and the brilliant, sun-soaked patio daily from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Reservations are not required; however, Summer Thyme can be reached at (970) 754-8316.

Our chefs' seasonal Colorado cuisine centers on an uncompromising commitment to beautiful ingredients and expertly executed preparations resulting in a concentrated depth of flavors. When paired with genuine, graceful hospitality and breathtaking sunsets over Castle Peak, Silver Sage offers a thoughtful, distinguished dining experience. Silver Sage is currently open for members from 6:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Wednesday through Sunday and 6:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday and Tuesday. Dinner service is available for the public 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Wednesday through Saturday.
